Why subscribe?

In 2018, at the age of 42, I retired from my life as an NYPD homicide detective to become a writer. In the years since I’ve landed a literary agent. A novel was shopped. It didn’t sell. We split. I wrote a better book. Signed with another agent. I’ve co-written screenplays that’ve landed meetings with serious Hollywood players.

Though I haven’t had the big breakthrough—yet—it’s been a ride and an education.
